Vocal Proxy ("the App") is an AI-powered voice assistant designed for people with speech difficulties. This page explains how we handle your data and the terms under which you may use the App.
Email address: Collected only when you register for a Pro account. Used solely for login authentication and subscription management.
Session data: We use cookies to maintain your login session and track usage limits. No personal data is stored in cookies.
AI-generated content: Conversation scripts and responses are generated in real time and are not stored on our servers after your session ends.
Audio: Text-to-speech audio is generated via Amazon Polly and is not stored after delivery.
We do not collect your name, phone number, location, contacts, browsing history, or any other personal information beyond what is listed above.
Your email address is used exclusively for account authentication and subscription management through Stripe. We do not sell, share, or distribute your email to third parties.
All data is transmitted over HTTPS (TLS encryption). Payment processing is handled by Stripe and is subject to Stripe's own security policies.
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at kotateratani@hotmail.com. We will process your request within 7 business days.
To cancel your Pro subscription, use the "Manage" button within the App, which redirects to Stripe's customer portal.
The App uses the following third-party services:
Amazon Web Services (Polly, Bedrock): For text-to-speech and AI text generation.
Stripe: For payment processing.
Amazon SES: For sending login emails.
The App is not intended for use by children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
