How to request deletion

Please include “Vocal Proxy Data Deletion Request” in the subject line. If you used an email address with Vocal Proxy, please contact us from that email address or include it in your request so we can identify the relevant data.

Email address used for account-related features, if any
Saved phrases associated with your account, if any
Usage or session data associated with your account, if any
Other account-related data stored by Vocal Proxy

Data that may be retained

We may retain limited records when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, or abuse-prevention reasons. If retained, such data will be kept only for as long as necessary for those purposes.

Processing time

We normally process deletion requests within 7 business days.
